Pam Crance joined Bath Community Physicians Group in 2012. Originally from Alleghany County, she received her Master’s Degree in Nursing from the University of Virginia. She spent several years at Alleghany Regional Hospital as a registered nurse in various departments including intensive care, med/surg floor and critical care before returning to the University of Virginia where she received her Post-Masters certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Pam started working as a nurse practitioner in 2004 at Highlands Orthopedics and Sports Medicine. She moved into family practice for several years before returning to Alleghany Regional Hospital as a nurse practitioner in the quality department. Pam’s experience in orthopedics, family practice and long term care settings as a great asset to have in our community.
