Retail Pharmacist Technician– Part time

Under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist, assist in the various activities of the pharmacy department not requiring the professional judgment of the pharmacist.  Pharmacy technicians will function in strict accordance with standard, written procedures and guidelines, any deviation from which must be approved by the supervising pharmacist.  Perform all functions necessary for managing the front counter while making the patients and customers feel welcome.  This includes ringing up sales, waiting on customers, ordering and shelving OTC and other retail products.

Requirements:

  • high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A pharmacy technician certification acquired within 6 months.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Ambulatory Clinic Manager – Full Time

The Ambulatory Clinic Manager oversees the operational and administrative functions core to the success of the clinics, and partners with the Team Leads and Medical Directors who oversee the clinical functions within their clinic. These dyad relationships are responsible to ensure the exceptional delivery of patient care. The Ambulatory Clinic Manager must assure the clinic teams receive the resources and training essential to patient care as well as the champion of quality improvement and collaboration among all ambulatory clinics.

 

Housekeeping Attendant PRN

Details:
• Cleans and services building areas according to established procedures
• Moves furniture, equipment, and supplies in and around the facility
• Cleans assigned areas by washing furniture, tile, fixtures, and equipment with germicidal cleaning solutions.
• Mops and buffs floor areas, vacuums carpets, spot cleans floors and carpets, using appropriate solutions and arranges furniture and equipment back in an orderly fashion after cleaning assigned area
• Operates various types of cleaning equipment, both mechanical and electrical (i.e., buffers, wringers, scrubbers, vacuums)
• Cleans equipment and notifies supervisor of equipment needing repair. Reports safety hazards to Manager
• Collects waste from all areas of facility, sanitizes trash cans, and keeps waste disposal area sanitized
• Collects or distributes soiled or clean linen

Requirements:
• Related experience in the health care setting (preferred)

Polysomnographic Technologist (Sleep Study)PRN

Details:
• Provides easy to understand directions to patient and orients patient to sleep center/room. Explains pre-testing, testing and post-testing procedures to the patient.
• Is able to prepare and calibrate equipment required for testing to determine proper functioning and make adjustments as necessary.
• Demonstrates ability to apply electrodes and sensors according to accepted published standards.
• Performs appropriate physiologic calibrations to ensure proper signals and make adjustments as necessary.
• Demonstrates knowledge and ability to follow protocols (such as PAP and oxygen titration, etc for the collection of appropriate data).
• Performs data acquisition while study-tracing quality, to ensure adequate signals are artifact-free. Has the ability to make appropriate adjustments.
• Provides documentation for routine observation of sleep stages and clinical events, changes in procedures, and other significant events in order to facilitate scoring and interpretation of polysomnographic results.
• Has the ability to implement appropriate interventions ( including actions necessary for patient safety and therapeutic intervention such as continuous and bi-level positive airway pressure, oxygen administration, etc).

Requirements:
• Certified to perform sleep studies thought option 1 or option 2
• Option 1: Successful completion of an accredited education program leading to an associate degree with an emphasis in polysomnography OR Successful completion of a polysomnography program of no less than one-year duration associated with a state-licensed and/or a nationally accredited educational facility or equivalent experience and documented proficiency at all competencies required of a Polysomnographic Technician. (required) AND Certification by the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists as a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist or equivalent. (required)

• Certified Sleep Disorder Specialist (preferred)

Revenue Integrity Analyst – Full Time

Details:
• Works with Managers of Revenue generating departments to ensure services are appropriately, accurately, and consistently accounted for daily and deductions from revenues are minimized. This will be accomplished through a thorough knowledge and accurate set up of the ChargeMaster, regular charge audits, knowledge of governmental regulations, and other payor contract requirements followed by ongoing communication and training.
• Design, plan, organize, and direct orientation programs for employees in Revenue and Documentation Integrity, specifically around requirements based upon the following: National Coverage Determination (NCD), Local Coverage Determination (LCD), Recovery Audit Contractor (RAC) and Additional Documentation Requests (ADR) as well as other process and policy documentation requirements and improvements.
• Determine training needs through charge audits, surveys, interviews with employees, or consultation with managers
• Work with Managers to obtain, organize, or develop training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials, such as handouts or visual materials for charge capture and daily audit routines using resources like the CMS Learning Center as appropriate.
• Takes responsibility for working with Managers to develop processes to ensure accurate and appropriate documentation to support coding and billing efforts as necessary
• Functions as a key member of the Finance Team and supports the Team by completing whatever projects or tasks necessary to meet required deadlines including Budgets, compiling information for the year-end Audit or Cost Report, various financial analyses, and reporting.

Requirements:
• 5 years of healthcare experience (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration or related field (required)
• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration or related field (preferred)
• Healthcare revenue cycle/charge master setup experience
• Knowledge of CPT, HPCS, ICD10 and UB revenue codes

ECHO Technologist-Ultrasound –PRN

Details:

  • Performs clinical assessment and diagnostic sonography examinations.
  • Uses cognitive sonographic skills to identify, record, and adapt procedures as appropriate to anatomical, pathological, diagnostic information and images.
  • Uses independent judgment during the sonographic exam to accurately differentiate between normal and pathologic findings.
  • Analyses sonograms, synthesizes sonographic information and medical history, and communicates findings to the appropriate physician.
  • Coordinates work schedule with Departmental Director and/or scheduling desk to assure workload coverage.
  • Assumes responsibility for the safety, mental and physical comfort of patients while they are in the sonographer’s care.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a formal Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program or Cardiovascular Technology Program that is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) (required)
  • ECHO certification (required)
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography (preferred)
  • Active certification by American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) in the specialty(ies) as appropriate.

ALS Transportation Provider  – Full and Part-time available

Details:

  • Responsible for the safe transportation of non-ambulatory patients to and from medical facilities
  • Ensure that pick-ups and drop-offs are made in a proper, courteous, and timely manner
  • Manages and operates equipment safely and correctly, promoting a safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
  • While not transporting patients ALS providers will work in the Emergency Room.

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent (required)
  • Current certification in Virginia as an EMT-Intermediate, Paramedic or CCEMT-P (required)

Details:
• Inpatient-Assist patients with activities of daily living, provides basic nursing care to non-acutely ill patients, and assists in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment
• Emergency Department-Assist nurses and physicians with providing care to acutely ill patients
• Register patients and collect copays
• Collect samples for lab analysis, gather patient information, monitoring EKGs and heart rhythm, treat wounds and assist doctors and nurses during procedures

Requirements:
