Robin Anderson

Bio

Robin is a seasoned Human Resources professional whose leadership experience spans hospital administration, luxury hospitality, marketing, and small business operations.

She earned her MBA in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Organizational Management from St. Johns River College in St. Augustine, Florida.

Robin’s career reflects a blend of strategic leadership and community-focused service. Early in her career, she held the role of Marketing Director for a Chick-fil-A franchise in North Carolina, where she led outreach initiatives and built strong local partnerships. Over time, Robin transitioned into human resources, taking on progressive roles that strengthened her expertise in employee relations, training, and organizational development. This path led her to The Omni Homestead Resort in Hot Springs, Virginia, where she served as Senior HR Manager and was recognized with the Culture Warrior Award in 2022 for her contributions to organizational culture. She joined Bath Community Hospital as Director of Human Resources in December 2023. Her contributions to healthcare human resources were recognized in 2025 with a Global Recognition Award honoring her exceptional leadership in the field.

Robin’s passion for healthcare is rooted in her upbringing—she was raised by her mother, a dedicated Registered Nurse. A Florida native, she has built her career across multiple states while remaining deeply committed to supporting healthcare professionals and enhancing organizational effectiveness.

Outside of work, Robin enjoys spending time with her children, playing golf and camping, while also finding time to unwind with her favorite shows and stay grounded through faith and ongoing personal growth.
